Absentee Balloting - How You Can Vote by Mail

Will you be out of town during the election? Unable to get to the polls? Even if you just want to avoid the long lines on election day, you can vote from home this election: Vote Absentee.


Who Can Vote Absentee?

Any qualified elector may vote by absent voter’s ballot for an election.


How can I request an absentee ballot?

By following these steps:

  1. Download the Absentee Ballot Application here.
    (Adobe Acrobat Reader required.)
  2. Complete the Absentee Ballot Application.
  3. Mail or hand-deliver the application to the Union County Board of Elections.

Or, you can call the Union County Board of Elections (937-642-2836) and request the Application be mailed to you.

 

 

REMEMBER: Absentee ballots must be received by the Board of Elections before 7:30pm on November 3rd to be counted!
